At Motema Beauté, we take pride in the quality and hygiene of our products. Due to the nature of cosmetics and for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

Returns Eligibility

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used lip glosses, lip liners, lip oils, balms, or any cosmetic products.
• Items not in their original condition or packaging.

Return Process

• To request a return, please contact us at motemabeaute@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, items must be returned in their original condition.

Shipping Fees

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Unfortunately, shipping fees will not be deducted or refunded under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.
